FAQ

What flight controller and ESC are included in the F480 V4 stack?

The stack includes one F405 V4 flight controller and one 3080 32-bit 80A 4-in-1 ESC.

What battery voltage should be used with the complete stack?

The product-specific ESC specification and F480 V4 product listing specify a 3–6S LiPo input range. This complete-stack rating should be followed even though the flight controller itself supports a wider range and some PCB artwork shows a different marking.

What is the difference between continuous and instantaneous current?

The ESC is specified for 80A continuous current per channel. The stated 100A per channel value is an instantaneous maximum, and no supported duration is provided in the supplied material.

What current-sensor scale should be entered?

The supplied F480 V4 wiring diagram specifies an amperage-meter scale value of 106.

Which ESC firmware should be flashed?

The supplied material lists AM32_AORC_K_A_F421_2.16.hex and AocodaRC-BL32-4IN1-60A-Rev.32.10 as firmware references. Confirm the firmware installed on the production batch before flashing either file.

Which flight-controller firmware target is required?

The F405 V4 flight controller uses the AOCODARCF405V3 target for Betaflight, INAV and ArduPilot (ChibiOS).

Why are two capacitors included?

The supplied package list includes two 35V 1000µF solid-state electrolytic capacitors, and the wiring diagram shows both capacitors connected at the ESC power input.

Does the stack support analog video and DJI O3 wiring?

Yes. It provides an AT7456E analog OSD, dual camera inputs, analog VTX connections and dedicated wiring shown for the DJI O3 system.

B2B Procurement FAQ

What should be confirmed before placing a bulk order?

Confirm that the quotation specifies the F480 V4 with the 3080 32-bit 80A ESC, 3–6S rating, installed ESC firmware, two capacitors, XT90 power cable and the required packaging configuration.

Are samples and low-volume trial orders available?

Sample availability, minimum order quantity, sample cost and lead time must be confirmed during quotation.

Can OEM packaging or product labeling be provided?

OEM packaging, labeling, branding and documentation requirements must be reviewed and confirmed before an order is accepted.

Which details should buyers provide for compatibility review?

Provide the intended LiPo cell count, motor and propeller combination, expected current demand, receiver type, video system, frame clearance and required firmware environment.

Are compliance documents and warranty terms included?

Required compliance documents, inspection standards, warranty coverage and after-sales terms must be confirmed for the quoted production batch.
